How to exchange

Send the request form on this page, or message us on WhatsApp, with your order ID and the size or product you'd like instead.

Send the product back unused, in its original condition and original packaging.

Once we receive and check it, we arrange your new size or product as quickly as we can.
Because our products are specialised, we don't offer returns once an order has been delivered. Exchanges are always welcome.
To be eligible
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- It must be sent back in its original packaging
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll review it and arrange a replacement if needed.
