2. ┬аPlace a scale or measuring tape along your foot.

3. ┬аMeasure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe.

4. ┬аNote the measurement in centimeters (cm).

1. ┬аKeep your foot flat on the ground.

2. ┬аFind the widest part of your foot (near the base of your toes).

3. ┬аMeasure from one side of the foot to the other side using a measuring tape.

4. ┬аNote the width in centimeters (cm).
